Its a good feeling to see e8 finally getting some light. I found out about E8 over a decade ago in my studies of finding a theory of everything and it always resonated stongly with my intuition. I call it E8 X E8 (e8 by e8)...as it is self dual.

I took LSD when I was 18, I concluded nothing as something and something as nothing, without either there could be no existence. Noting+Something= everything. I experienced a sense where I questioned the key to life, why does anything exist....? I explained my epiphany to my friend who was also on LSD, we discussed my hypothesis and after we both came to a conclusion it was erased from both of our minds. Geometry is they key to existence, it is visual mathematics that make up all and is a universal language within a cosmic sense.

Super presentation, well done ! As a child maybe 9 or 10 I spent a weird few mornings trying to imagine nothing. It was mind bending and I often think my first experience of meditation which led me later in life to explore meditation more deeply. In that space you can touch directly on many of the concepts here. Good luck trying to work it out, but really it's turtles all the way down :) Yes our mind is limited to 3D perception, but we can go beyond the mind . . . . these admirable scientists are scraping the mental walls as thin as possible in order to see through them I hope they can appreciate the momentary perceptions of the beauty of it all.

Regarding "Eigenvalue" - it's pronounced that way because it derives from the German word "Eigenwert", meaning "self value"; the "value" part was translated to English while the "self" part was not.
