1. 25% isnt Service charge.
2. Without collateral if someone is getting money, then it should be appreciated.
3. People need to pay interest as well as principal in order to keep the Microfinance or any other BFIs running. If the customer pays interest and principal timely, then BFIs wont go house to house for collection.
4. Lack of policy from Govt to give interest on reduced rate to BFIs so as they can transfer it to the customers on relatively low rate.

I am not defending Micros but if the liquidity situation doesnt get solved, we may see the Banks doing the same thing to customer. So why make only micros look bad?
