Love that someone reviewed plug. From what KJ the iPhone Plug (plug worker) tells his customers is that they buy the devices from big carriers. For the most part they just test, clean, and package the pre-owned devices. They don’t always refurbish them so thats why some devices look and work so good. I’ve been following them ever since they were ecomsell, really cool brand that takes care of their customers. Fyi (sorry to sound like a know it all lol), when the battery, screen, faceid, is removed it will give a pop-up. For the camera, I believe the pop-up only shows on the iP 12 and up.

I love the 11 honestly; I'm unsure why but the 11 is definitely my favorite iPhone out of all.

I bought my iPhone 11 from here today. You kind of scared me when you said Face ID wouldn’t work. I bought mine in Excellent condition though. That’s like the best option.

I go onto a government review website and most of the reviews are really low saying that it works at first but then stops working randomly or just don’t receive the phone at all

This is pointless in my opinion. As you stated ‘they sent you one out’ obviously they will give you a pristine phone to make their company look good.

Quick question, i thought only iphone 12 and newer were 5g capable, I currently have the iphone 11 and no 5g although 5g is included in my plan.. how do u have 5g?

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!Guys! Everybody have different reviews. This is mines. The first product I brought I brought an excellent condition iPhone XR unlocked. When I went to T-Mobile they wasn't able to active it so I just brushed it off not knowing that the phone was the actual problem. Then I brought a  watch se excellent condition gold. It was already unlocked as if someone had there iCloud account already connected to it. This is recent. I couldn't use the control panel at all I couldn't turn the power off and things of that nature. Also if you do to much things to fast the watch will restart. You would do better spending the extra $30 and go with . I give them a 2 out of 5 stars.
