Pretty concise, but a decent breakdown of medical school, residency, fellowship and other steps involved to becoming a practitioner. The key is definitely the fellowship piece, which really narrows and defines your clinical training. There is a great tool on the American Medical Association website called "Frieda Online - Residency Fellowship Training Program Search" which gives contact info for virtually all the training programs in different specialtites.

I'm glad videos like this exist, crushing people's hopes and dreams and saving them from medical school.

@jeepersman11 Because a Doctor is someone who has a Doctorate Level of studies, like a Ph.D., you don't have to go to Med School for this.
To become a Medical Doctor, then, you have to go to Medical School.

Medical Doctors are Physicians.
Doctors are mostly Researchers/Scientists in a specific field.

I like how fast this guy talks.

He's trying to explain 10+ years of schooling in two and a half minutes.

I have a question. Am I quite young to be prescribed zopiclone? 20 years old. When I am off them for hours I get pain and restlessness. How old is the average z drug patient

If you choose not to do science courses you still have to do biology and chemistry, but he said it's not required, how does that make any sense?

@maffia440 you'll technically be a doctor after med school, so really you'll be 26. As a resident you will still get paid very well but after training you will be specialized and very rich.
