Quick Starts on a Directional Board

This guide explains how to get riding on your surf board more quickly, without needing to sit down and waterstart. It looks at one foot starts and jump starts. These are worth learning if you often have waves breaking in quick succession at your local spot, not leaving enough time to waterstart. It's also worth learning simply to develop your kite control and foot placement on a directional board.

Splendid - again extremely useful, sounds so simple when you explain it ... as always! Many thanks for all these excellant videos and tips! Best regards from Germany (unfortunately far away from the coastline, w/ zero inland opps to kite... need to wait for a longer holiday, while enjoying your tutorials :-) ), Pitter

It would be great to see your video on how to start in the deep water. However, this one is great 👍

Clear and useful as always😎 Thanks a lot! As I practice more on beaches with choppy or wavy shore break, mostly on shore, good technique is crucial😊

One idea for next step of this video could be quick start when you are in the deep, when you can not touch the ground

Alex, I can't find anymore the first beginner video on how to start with directional boards... maybe is only for subscribers?

Thx for your excellent explaining! How works the start in deep water conditions? Best regards from the Baltic Sea.

Helpful videos, thanks for that. Your videos would even be more helpful, if the explantion text would'nt be in the way.
