Thank you so much for the insight on potential liability, my mother and I have wanted to start a small buisness with her custom formulated skin cream, I was curious as to the potential liablity when starting out, would labeling with all alergens negate the liability? I wanted to help my mother start a successful small buisness to help retire quicker and am very nervous about potential liablity when starting out, as I have no idea if the idea would be profitable or cause a potential liability situantion. Thank you for the video! I like to buy and sell antiques as a hobby. However I'm wanting to downsize my collection. Some items I will loose money and some I would make money. Also some items were purchased 20 years ago. With regard to the new 1099K what numbers do I need to keep track of? Also what all can I deduct? Would this make more sense to run all my stuff through my LLC to sell it off?

Hi, I am stuck in setting up my Etsy account.
I am opening etsy with my LLC registered in Wyoming, but in residence data of the owner of the SHOP does not appear Colombia.

If I put USA it asks me for a SSN and I don't have it.
I am the only owner (sole member) of the LLC and I am also the owner of the store.

How can I solve this? Help me!
