We brought in people ages 0-100 to answer some of life’s big questions. Well, technically, we couldn’t find anyone 100 years old - but we did find a gentleman who is 105. In this episode, we asked the question, "What would you like to say to your mom?"

I would tell my mother that she is stronger than she thinks

I'd tell my mom to not be so worried all the time. I'd tell her that things will turn out fine. Her kids will learn how to drive, graduate college, have careers and all that good stuff. Mostly I'd tell her to take care of herself, including her dreams and passions. She was always so invested in us and now that we've all grown up in think she's finding it difficult to find her path

"Please don't compare me with other children it hurts"

"Please have fate in me"

"I'm sorry for my mistakes"

"Please support me and not try to say bad things about me"

"I'm sorry, I'm really really sorry"

"I also have feelings"

"I love you no matter what"

"I'm sorry that I'm not as good in school as other kids"

I'd tell her that she is worth far more than she puts up with. That she should leave before it gets too bad. That there's no shame in that. I'd say I wish she had better access to post-partum care and maternity leave, and that our country was better at providing that for her and recognizing the value of mothers in a real way rather than just paying lip service once a year. That she could achieve everything she wanted if she believed in herself enough to try. I'd tell her that I believed in her, because she is the best mom, and she raised me to be an even better mom to my daughter. I'd tell her that she is stronger than she knows, and smarter than she thinks, and better than she believes. And I'd tell her I love her, and that God loves her, and no matter her choices up until now, He will continue to love her, because He made her perfect, just as she is.

I would say "I know that you have gone through a lot of really.. really hard things in life. and I know you've thought about ending things. and you're going to keep going through these hard things. but they aren't forever. your children are going to make things tough for you but deep down they will love you so, so much. Hold on to God.. because at times, it will feel like that's all you have."

I will tell her my past mom to focus on herself more.. not to take so many decisions just for the sake of others. you have to take path which is best suited for yourself, decided by yourself..I'm in my mid twenties.
