For those who are unable to save the file, do the following: Copy the file to the desktop, modify it, save, then copy and paste in place of the original. It worked for me.

Para aqueles que não conseguem salvar o arquivo, façam o seguinte: Copiem o arquivo para a area de trabalho, modifiquem ele, salvem, então copiem e colem no lugar do original. Funcionou para mim.
