Hot off the presses!! I like using a program called "wunderlist" as a general to do tracker. It has nice little check boxes that makes it easy to add things as they come up, but it doesn't have much of a calendar view which makes daily scheduling a bit analog. I also like keeping a notebook for "current tasks" on the specific thing I'm working on so I can use a highlighter to mark the items off.

Checking things off, markin' em green feels sooo good.

This is soo helpful! I really like how you organise your projects, I was struggeling with this quite a bit, especially with having an overview of all my projects. This will make life much easier! :) Thanks India!

So true. This is something I personally really struggle with, scheduling small manageable blocks of time consistently. This video is super useful, it’s great to see a layout that works, and the suggestion of giving half hour gaps between tasks is a great tip too. Quick question, what do you do when you’re feeling super inspired on a project? Do you make yourself stop as you’re reaching the end of your allotted time or allow yourself to run over through the time allocated to the next task?

Awesome ! Thanks for sharing India :)
I'm reformatting my scheduling system at the moment, inspired by the way I keep track of progress made at work. Some aspects are similar to yours (tabs, columns, colour coding). But I'm going to try out some of your ideas that I think will help me too - really like the Personal development sheet.

Hello! I am slowly going through your videos since discovering your wonderful work! This is heckin' helpful, thank you!

I have been trying various organisational techniques to find one that works for me, to little effect. The problem with having ADHD is structure is so important, but also dang difficult to manage. I do use google calendar a lot. I really like your suggestion to expand on it this way and incorporate spreadsheets. I will give it a whirl and see what can be used from it.

I should definitely use this some point in the future cause I'm terrible at managing my time! I always struggle to set aside enough time for homework, drawing or everything else I wanna do, so that's why I've struggled to get to sleep before 2am etc. for a long time. If I do freelance work I'll definitely need something like this, so thank you for sharing your schedule ^-^
