Question: Why after I rinse with warm water the brew group it feels like grease around this piece?

Hey i have Philips 5000 and whenever i try to make some coffee it shows me red background and arrow points right, the segment where I put the coffee in it. And gives me the warning which I can’t clearly understand what should I do to solve this. In addition symbol that shown in the screen looks like segment and marble shaped represents coffe in it i guess.
