I have a question not with regards to cleaning the machine! However, it’s if you could use almond milk or only regular milk in the container to froth milk? Also, if I use ground coffee I the little container instead of beans will this mess up my machine?

How often should grease be applied to the brew unit? Should it be done monthly or every other month? The brew unit seems to indicate that it should be done after it makes 500 drinks. Which one should I follow?

Hello! I just purchased this great coffee machine! I also bought the Aqua Cleaner. I have questions about the frequency of the cleaning. We make 2-4 coffees daily.
How often do I need to descale?
How often do I need to use the milk circuit cleaner?
How often do I need to use the oil remover?
And how often do I need to clean the inside of the machine?

Hello! I wanted to ask - what's the best way to actually remove the grease from different places on the brew unit before applying a new layer of dedicated grease? I bought the 5400 LatteGo 3 weeks ago and I'm getting into the maintenance part now. Rinsing it is quite clear for me and the process removes the coffee residue but the brew group itself is very greasy and the residue gets stuck to it. Like, it's greasy even in places that are not shown in the video. I understand I should not be using any soap or even a mild detergent on the thing but is there any other option to remove the excess grease before applying new one? The machine is great but I think it's becoming suspiciously louder when brewing coffee (I reinstalled the Aquaclean filter to make sure there's no air trapped inside). Can you help me?

Hi, when I clean the lattego with the machine I can see that during the process water gets into the milk, I thought no water could get into the milk. Is it normal? Thanks.
