Αυτό αναφέρεται σε άρθρο της ιστοσελίδας NRT, το οποίο αντλεί πληροφορίες από την VOA, και που πιο συγκεκριμένα αναφέρει, ότι το χρηματικό ποσό που θα σταλεί στους Κούρδους, είναι πια νόμος του κράτους, αφού ήταν εντός του αμυντικού προϋπολογισμού του 2022, που υπερψηφίστηκε και υπογράφηκε από τον Αμερικανό πρόεδρο Τζο Μπάιντεν.
