I love Nurgle, easily my favorite god next to Khorne.
While most nature gods only like the pretty side of nature or emphasize the growth aspect, Nurgle is their darker counterpart. He focuses on the smallest creatures that are often seen as disgusting or disturbing. I have always believed that while he does treat his followers with love and caring, it is mainly because of the plagues and creatures they play host to, not the people themselves.

Great vid! Ironically I started a Nurgle army just before the start of the pandemic. I even was sick with covid for 6 weeks right in the beginning. A host of awful personal and health issues followed; and what got me through the worst of it was pouring all my pain, misery, and despair into painting them. I loved the models even before diving into the lore of them. It is beyond fitting that Nurgle gifts his followers, not only with strength in adversity that lesser men would crumble to; but also with a jovial smile in spite of it all. I hope to see you do more videos of our patron god of plagues!

Nurgle seems like a pretty swell guy. He basically says that life is too short & painful, so you might as well accept it with a smile, and enjoy it while it lasts. And who knows? That kind of attitude just might grant you an eternity of endurance! ;D

Hands down this is the best lore video I've ever come across and puts the Loremasters videos on Warhammer+ to shame. Amazing.

Kudos to the voice actors, editing, and images of course, but the script is absolutely fantastic. The descriptive language almost doesn't do the images justice, conveying repulsive monstrosities that would be too evil to put in Hell itself. These videos are extraordinary and you should be proud of what you do.

Years ago, Valve made a Warhammer themed treasure in Dota2, and one of the sets was for Pudge, and it's name was Champion of Nurgle,
Now I know where the inspiration came from. And it's absolutely terrifying. Thank you book of choyer for this. Great voice acting too as always.
