Thanks for the informative video Jennifer. Good tips throughout, in a concise, descriptive and straight forward manner. I did however find the repetitive use of the filler word 'also' quite distracting, yet certainly not to take away from the wonderful content in this, and many other videos you have presented.

why are pm not a problem solver and team inspiroers? teammembers can be stuck in their own mind why unwinding them with "dumb questions" can get them back on track. you also have to sell to your team why it is beneficial to reopen a closed case and adress an issue a client wishes to change. as pm you also need to sell what is fiction and fact to an overeager project buyer, protect your team from stupidity not embeded in scope contract. more sales is allowed but not rengineering 6 months of allready done work withougt compensation.
