Your videos are sooo aesthetic. I just started med school and I'm jealous of your pretty notes.
Also, for my fellow Windows users (we're always forgotten it seems) I use a really cool notetaking app called Inkodo. It has the same "vibe" as Notability and it's been going great for me so far.
Instead of Procreate I use Sketchbook and it too does the trick for me. I can even make calligraphy and lettering on it.
All of that coupled with Notion for storing the notes i type and i can say my organization is pretty effective.
