Doesn't work for me, I get:
[flutter_application_2] flutter create --template app --overwrite .
tests\flutter_application_2'
CMD.EXE was started with the above path as the current directory.
UNC paths are not supported. Defaulting to Windows directory.
"Windows" is not a valid Dart package name.

Then it exits.

update: created folders with all lower case and now it starts.
