If there is no flutter option in your laptop then follow this step. there will be plugins option in the third number of left side go on plugins and then click marketplace on above option and then search flutter install flutter from there. Now you can see the flutter option to create new flutter project.

note that after doing and correcting with flutter doctor, sir skipped a part that u have to install flutter plugin through plugin option on android studio .
