41:27 question didn't showed clarity whether the repetition of digits are allowed or not


If information about repetition of digits is not given then we assumpt that the digits are allowed to repeated so according to it,
The solution would be 9×9×9×5 = 3645

1:28:51 the inequality sign must also include 0 because if we put the value of R! As 0, then

Npr = n!/(n-r)!= n!/(n-0)!= n!/n! =1
So it's the LHS part
Now on considering RHS part, we get :-
Ncr × r!= n!/{r!×(n-r)!} × r! =[ n!/0! × {n-0}!] × 0! = n!/n! = 1

HENCE, LHS = RHS
CONCLUSION : THE INTERVAL OF INEQUALITIES SHOULD ALSO INCLUDE ZERO AND THEREFORE THE SIGN SHOULD BE [0≤r≤N] or [0, ♾️]
