Yeah, I hate it when I hear slurping, chewing, or tapping. I’ve got ADHD and misophobia. The thing is I help out with the preschoolers. And they are loud during snack time.

This is called misophonia. It’s a living hell. People usually take what you say personally. WE 👏 CANT 👏 HELP 👏 IT👏 the things we say shouldn’t be taken personally. I feel like misophonia isn’t as known as it should be
