We had rubarb in Indiana. It’s pretty sour, so you need to sweeten it with sugar. Love rubarb custard or rubarb cream pie.😊 Rubarb is not so popular here in TX. Happy Birthday, Shana! We share the same birthday, except I'm much, much older.😉 I turned 71 years old. I love your channel & Ag with Emma. Stay safe.😊❤

Rhubarb is a plant rose large stocks with very large leaves. You chop up the stocks into small pieces and put them in a pie. Along with strawberries and unsweetened strawberry Jell-O. You can also chop up the stalks and boil them on a stove and it makes a sauce, just add strawberry Jell-O that has artificial sweetener. I should’ve said artificial sweetener for the pie cello also. Sweets and Norwegians go crazy for rhubarb. If you don’t want to make a pie you can make a crumb crust in a 9 x 13 glass pan, fill it with rhubarb and artificially sweetened strawberry Jell-O and put more crumb on top. Bake it for about an hour at 3:50 and it makes a great dessert and snack. I’ve grown rhubarb for 70 years.

Rubar is presumably Rhubarb. We grow it in Ireland. Red stalks with large green leaves at the top. Eat the stalks. A bit bitter and you can dip it in sugar!
