Instead of flour I used 1 cup cookies N cream Protein powder by Optimal Nutrition, Cocoa, blue berries, 1 egg, 1 cup of Greek none flavored yogurt, 1 teaspoon baking powder like you are doing here. I still consider this my cheat meal because I use Real maple syrup on top but great high protein breakfast.

In the video, you said you were using oat flour, but the recipe calls for whole wheat pastry flour. What is the amount of oat flour you substituted? Is it a 1:1 ratio?

You are to add milk not water....and all that mixing will make the flour dense ...can not over mix flour..I make them all the time but it's 1cup flour to 1cup yogurt
