At this time of the year, when summer is at its peak, I thought of making something to beat the heat ! So today we are making refreshing MELON BALL PUNCH. It's a simple 5 min recipe, so give it a try folks !!

INGREDIENTS:

{SERVES 3 }

1. Lemon syrup
2. Water - 1 glass
3. Sprite/soda water - 1.5 glass
4. Watermelon balls - 6 to 8
5. Honeydew melon balls - 6 to 8
6. Galia melon balls - 6 to 8
7. Lemon slices - 3 to 6
8. Mint leaves - 8 to 10

FOR THE LEMON SYRUP:
1. Lemon - 1/2
2. Sugar - 3 tsp
3. Water - as reqd.

{Melon balls have been scooped out with a melon baller. If you don't have the same, you can do it with a rounded spoon as well}
