He was an olymlic weightlifter, snatched 180 cnj 220, but now in his mid 40s with al lot of injuries, no tendons on knees etc, he does what he can and what he likes.

Eric Bugez tried doing his workouts and it really puts to perspective how strong our bloatlord is.

Let me tell you some things about Kyriakos. I studied in his town (Kavala) from 2000 to 2005 and I used to trained with him for a short period of time in JKD. Back then he was half of what he is now but still a really big man. He told me that he was practicing Kick-boxing before(don't remember for how long) and turned into JKD. When I started out he was there for a year or so.. He was fast for his size and he used to pair up with another fast guy for the sparing. One time there was no other beginner at the dojo except me so I had to spar with him. So now I can gladly say that I was punched in the face by the Grizzly. His fist was the same size with my face. I quitted JKD school after 2-3 months (big mistake) but he continued. I saw him again 1-2 years after at the bowling center (he worked as security there) and he told me that bythen he learned how to kill the opponent, he even demonstrated to me some stuff (scary shit). After 15 years I found out that he is famous as the heavylifter Grizzly. Good guy..

After watching these, it strikes me that the Grizzly is actually stronger than I thought he was. His form is actually superior to several lifts here. The Dumbell curls were astonishing, especially compared to Magnus, who used his whole body to do them. Bibby’s ‘Bent over rows’ were largely a short deadlift/dip combo. His last raises were staggering. That’s seated press was simply incredible. Plus, the Grizzly is older than all of them. People laugh and joke because he does some ‘out there’ things, but he is genuinely, truly strong.

Considering Grizzly is all natural and over a 1000 years old - he is strong as fk. All hail!!!

He is seriously strong in the highrep area. Lacking some form yes, but even so the stamina, regarding his enormous frame, is impressive. He has some unconventional lifts to say the least but some of these are still real feats of strength. And look at those pullups!

At first I thought Kyriakos was someone to laugh at. I quickly realized he was strong AF, and no joke.

The only man stong enough to lift our spirits during the pandemic

His form isn’t great because it’s been terribly injured through the years, I don’t understand why people hold that against him, he’s created his own lifts and does what he can with others, he’s still an insane powerhouse

Cut tendons in both legs, tricep tear, other injuries, holds 470kg in his elbows, throws 200kg in the air and catch it with his arms, idk what people complain about, just watching his videos shows amazing feats of strenght, you don't need to beat records all day to be stronger than the yt comment section. "ah he has such a bad form", "I could do it too", yes yes, we know you could do it internet twinks. Now praise the lord and bow.
Good video BTW.

He’s blessed with a genetically gifted stomach that allows him to shorten his already short range of motion

Those pull-ups at that weight is seriously nuts.

He appears to have some issues with his lower body, but his upper body strength is very impressive. He is overall very strong.

His seated press is super impressive, way harder to press from the bottom where you don’t start with a lockout and have to build tension in your muscles at their stretched positions.

It's sad that genuine conversation about this guy is nearly impossible because of the onslaught of "BLOAT LORD" jokes. I get it. His form is atrocious but it's a terrible shame because although he looks ridiculous when he lifts, he does things that are genuinely insane strength wise. Im happy you made this video mate.

My man he's lifting 45kg hammers like a fucking joke, he is really strong

My guy made those hammer curls look piss easy by comparison and his pull-ups look better than Brian Shaw's. It's a good thing Greece only has one Grizzly.

One of the strongest bicepses ever, as well as shoulders. Considering all the injuries hes sustained, hes still strong asf, thats why he doesnt hit depth on squats, because he has ruptured tendons there. His comp bench back in the day was 260, claimed by him
