In this short video, I would like to show the deep-fried desi pizza making in Lahore. This dish is also called "KATLAMA". The fermented dough is pressed gently with hand and by using a lot of experience a small is converted into a big round shape pizza-like structure. After that, it is stuffed with some secret recipes of Basin and some soaked Moong Beans along with dried coriander seeds sprinkled over it. After this 5-10-minute procedure, it is lifted up with great care and fried in hot oil for 4-5 mins.
