Tanny's Super Sweet Sauce
1 cup of light celery chopped ( the middle part of a stalk) 
3 Tablespoons water
2 Tablespoons  Raw coconut flakes
3 Very large pitted dates
1 1/2 teaspoons  raw  vanilla bean powder

Blend all that together.. and then you Dance..

I did a double take when you said "learning to shag on the pier".  Then I thought she says "fruit" instead of the f-word, it's gotta be something else!  So today I've learnt about what shag means in your neck of the woods and also some further uses for celery (one of my favourite veges) - touche Tanny!

I want to get a Vimergy powder that you mentioned in a previous video, but I don't know which one to get. Wheatgrass or Barleygrass? Do you recommend one over the other?

I'm having a problem when making banana "ice cream". When I freeze the bananas then blend them, they taste very bitter. I've tried really ripe bananas and I've tried barely ripe bananas and they taste awful. I've tried adding strawberries and dates and it still tastes bitter. Any suggestions?
