I love New Orleans; I’m going down this weekend with a trip to Biloxi. My go to restaurant is Antoine’s. The potatoes soufflé there are like eating fresh McDonalds fries in the best possible way. They are known for inventing Oyster Rockerfeller so that’s probably the place to try those. The Baked Alaska is amazing too, and it has a similar vibe as Galatories.

We were in New Orleans right before Christmas. Thanks for going to all the restaurants we missed. We were only there for a few days after our cruise, so it was hard to fit everything we wanted to do into two days. We did hit Mother's which was amazing. Great food tour!

My absolute favorite city ever!!! Working for Caesars Entertainment, we visited New Orleans a couple times a year doing promotions at Harrah's. Love that you tried some of the places I love. The red fish to this day is one of my favorites. One thing I yet to try is the alligator cheese cake at Jaque Imo's. I've had alligator bites at Pat O'brien's and they were delicious. Thank you for these amazing memories. Haven't been there in a while.

I loved watching this video! You went to 3 of my favorite restaurants, I’m a Louisiana girl, through and through!! Commanders and Galatoire my top 2!! First trip to Galatoire was at 7 yrs old. So 50 years ago!! Trout Meanure almondine and soufflé potatoes the best! Everything there is true old New Orleans. Commandeers is my top hard 2nd! Always get pecan fish and turtle soup!! Y’all did amazing! Grab some Pepcid and head on back!! I live in north Louisiana but NOLA is unbeatable! So glad you liked limas! Thank you so much and trip down memory lane!!
