Welcome to the first in a series of loosely guided journaling videos that will follow the planets and luminaries long associated with each day of the week.

We begin with Monday and the Moon.

Each video contains a simple suggested format, but feel free to use the time as works best for you.

- 1 minute to center and breathe.
- 15 minutes to free write. Get the words flowing with whatever comes to mind.
- 15 minutes to consider what the Moon inspires for you today.

There will be seven videos in this series. Maybe there will be variations on the theme in the future with different images and sound. We shall see if there is interest.
