What should you pack for a trip to Greece in April or May?

This was super helpful to actually see your outfits. Thank you! We will be there early April for 2 weeks. I know you say about closed toe shoes - so is it unlikely sandals/open toe would work. And what about the heel would a low wedge be OK or only completely flat.
