if they havent filed a claim yet, does the public adjuster file the claim for me after the contract is signed? Do we have the power to call insurance to file the claim?

State of Louisiana we can't charge a percentage of the claim that's considered the practice of law without a license. Hourly rate not to exceed 10% makes sales harder but the one good thing is if the client has a issue with the hourly rate and fee cap its a sign to walk from the job. Most reasonable people that will be good clients say the fees 10% give me the contract. When a client gets paid and doesn't pay me in 15-30 days I stop work on the file.

Great presentation but how would you handle the Insured if he/she wanted a release 3 to 4 weeks in after the contract has been signed? Nothing being agreed upon or changed within the time frame of the Insured wanting his/her release.
