1. IPO is overvalued.... there is nothing for listing gains
2. Whole money will be taken by promoters as IPO is 100% OFS..
3. Company has paid huge dividend to parent company just before IPO, that is why return on net worth is high
4. Many Anchor Investors invest in such kind of IPO because of vested
5. Anchor lock-in period end date for 50% shares (30 Days), it means after 30 days there will be supply
6. Post IPO Promoter Holding remains 82.50% which is required to reduce further and there will be supply pressure from
promoters in
I think it is better to stay away from this IPO.

Hello, I think You are wrong with big ipo what About Zomato, Bajaj Housing, Tata Tech etc Big ipo give premium more than 100 % on listing date .Ipo allotment chances in big ipo is more than Normal Ipo .

IPO is a scam, we do not get allotment in good shares where expectations of profit is high, but we get allotment in LIC, Paytm, Muthoot Microfin, Suraj Estate Developers etc. which causes loss.
