The problem is that people misuse the weed, remember weed don't mix with alcohol, weed don't mix with drug telling you the truth, if you mix weed with drugs you'll never know what weed is!

Whosoever beleives on the Lord Jesus shall be saved. We are saved by grace but don't use that grace to sin. I'm of the opinion I want to be on God's good side, Better to be safe than sorry. So no don't smoke it. It's stinky, it's gross it makes people choke, & they can't think straight. Then people drive and have wrecks. They get big traffic tickets. Go to jail. They spend their money on it instead of feeding their children. They think they can do it, but they realy can't. So just tell the TRUTH. Admit it. You can't take care of the kids on it You can't drive, it makes you impaired. If you smoke it and drive like a forklift or dump truck or operate equipment you are a Danger to others and can hurt somone or get fired. Get sued. Go to jail. Truth. 🙏 ✝ 🕊

Now when you say christian in such a broad way which branch of Christianity.... Catholicism, Protestantism, Eastern Orthodoxy, Anglicanism, Oriental Orthodoxy, and Assyrians.... Each one can be translated into a different way as to the answer.

If ingesting something that temporarily changes your perception and mental state is bad, Jesus probably shouldn't have turned water into wine. Either your God made everything, or evil has authority in creation, as well. Just don't let anything take you from Christ. It's been a LONG time since I've been a Christian, but it's still obvious in my memory, that's what the belief prescribes.

I would say that anything can be the thing that separates you from God. It can be sex, alcohol, prescription pills, weed, anger, etc. I wouldn't say it is anything special about the nature of weed that would keep you out. Remember it is the grace of God by who acknowledges our faith in Christ and show mercy on us. We however do not want to be the branches of the vine that get cut off and cast into the fire. So be careful and don't let it become an idol or injur you family or your testimony.
