To get to goal weight I cut carbs and ate recommended protein in a day. Took me 4 months but worth it.

This what I eat on a day are getting old. I used to watch them and I would feel guilty for not eating like that. But as I kept learning about fitness ..now I am not a fan. Wish this people would say that this works for them and not for everyone. Every body is different and it all comes down to genetics and also income. lol. If you can afford all this “healthy “ foods. Go for it, if not try to make the best out of your budget. Don’t get mesmerizing by all the fancy designer diets and body types. Get to know how your body works and life will be so much easier.
