Hitting a golf shot straight (certainly the driver) is what makes golf so difficult! Most golfers struggle with slicing the golf ball, hooking the golf ball and losing the golf ball into the water or the trees!

This golf club is the most forgiving golf club ever and makes golf so much easier!

My limited edition merch is now available - thanks so much for the support so far!

Top Golf: You must return your driver.
Me: What driver?

Top Golf might be the most honest company about equipment out there. Saying "less hard" is ensuring the game is still in fact hard. Whoever wrote that definitely plays golf for real

I bet Rick can make it hook into the trees.

So basically, it is as if someone made a 7 wood into a driver.

My entire strategy this year was to make golf as easy as possible on myself. I'm 40, been playing since high school.
I went full old man bag. 4 wood, hybrids, hollow-bodied irons, everything graphite.
I'm still terrible.

PXG made a 0211Z for senior golfers, 16 degree loft and 44” shaft.
Picked one up on eBay and it’s the ultimate fairway finder when my Great Big Bertha is misbehaving

this is brilliant, instead of expecting that everyone plays like a pro, make it easier and accessible for anyone to play, have fun and get more people to be on the greens. Everybody wins. Good video as usual

Quite enticing. As an average golfer struggling to break 90 who doesn’t have much time to play golf because life, I want to enjoy the game more than I want to look for my balls in the bush from the tee. Thanks to your videos I already got the Chipr and if they commercialize this I’ll sure consider it. I can’t struggle in the office and on the course all the time.

I agree 1000%. If there was a club to hand my wife, who HATES golf with a passion, and she could somewhat hit it straight and get that crispy feel of a solid shot, I think you'd get more people roped into the game to put more time into it, and enjoy it more. I think companies would greatly benefit from this.

Feels like this is designed to keep balls from going past the net

I work for Topgolf and it is absolutely a blast to hit this thing. Dead straight every time around 4-5 iron distance.

Hi Rick, i honestly believe that a player of your ability should not really test this club, why
you have a good swing,
high swing speed,
accurate ball striking etc, etc,
If your ball travels 200 yds, then you should hit a 5 or 6 iron, pretty easy for you.

An amatuer golfer should really test this club, a person who,
has a slower swing speed,
swing out to in or in to out.
attacks the ball too steeply.
strikes the ball all over the face, etc, etc.

This might show if the club actually 'goes straight' or not.
would demonstrate how far the ball travels.
just my take on things.
what do you think?

I was struggling to hit enough fairways with my Cobra driver. Picked up the new Cleveland 3+ HyWood. It is 17 degrees and finds so many fairways. Easy to hit and it is long. Gladly giving up 10-15 yards to be in the fairway. Please give it a review, I think you will find just as many fairways and much more distance than the Can’t Miss club. Plus, it frees up two or three spots in your bag because it can replace your driver, 3 or 5 wood and it can also be a replacement for a hybrid.

Hi Rick, great video mate, as are all your videos. I am a 75-year-old golfer, and I have struggled for years with hitting a big-headed driver, but I can hit a TM stealth2 3, wood to great success. I'm 6ft 5in, and I think it's the longer shaft of the driver that I find difficult to cope with. I’m thinking of getting a mini-driver to help with my driving, but since I watched your latest video, I think the top golf driver is exactly the club I'm looking for, as it has a shorter shaft and plenty of loft, to help me get more accuracy and maybe a bit more distance than a 3-wood. Let's hope club manufacturers take up your plea for this driver to become generally available for people like myself.

Cheers Pal

Nice Rick! Like how they are not a sales gimmick, as you cant buy them

I think you can pretty easily build something similar. Just get a forgiving head like a ping max club in the highest loft available, get a short hybrid shaft with the correct adapter and set the sleeve to the maximum loft. Boom, almost as forgiving and more distance because you're looking at like 13-15° instead of 20°.

It's a giant 7-wood (Heavenwood) which makes sense since it's a great club to have in the bag. Take a forgiving fairway wood, make it huge, and you have this bundle of joy. They should sell it because I would buy it.

How does this thing operate "off the deck".. I'd be curious.

Sounds like a creative marketing opportunity for Mr. Shiels. Call it "The Big Hit". Add a putter, call it "The Sauce". ⛳👍🏻😉

I'm a decent golfer (~8hcp) but I really don't understand the stigma of "non-conforming" clubs for people who will never play competitively. People need to let go of their ego and just go and have fun even if that means buying all non-conforming clubs which will likely make the game easier.

Rick you are perfect for this. Team up with Top Golf and come up with a playing Version.
