it was rafe from summerhouse. rafe and dushane made a deal that rafe wouldnt kill sully but with dushane gone then rafe couldve easily killed him. sully also states that rafe likes to wait until the beef is dead and sneak up. rafe is the ghost from the past as he was the only person who sully feared.
