Here is your new favorite dip, spread, frosting, pudding- whatever you want to call it! And when it’s packed with 25g of protein and only 150 calories- it’s a perfect snack or dessert especially for those on a fat loss journey!

It’s packed with flavor, and though you can make a version with only 3 ingredients, I highly recommend adding those ‘optional’ ones to enhance the flavors!

INGREDIENTS

•1 cup vanilla protein powder
•1/2 cup vanilla protein shake
•1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup (or regular)
optional
•1/2 tsp cinnamon
•1/8 cup finely chopped walnuts
•Flaky sea salt - I used @osmosalt cinnamon bun (use code 2EXPLOREWELLNESS to save) lol at

INSTRUCTIONS

•Mix all of your ingredients in a bowl until well combined and creamy.
•Enjoy right away, or store it to thicken in the fridge!
•Use as a dip, frosting, spread- or even enjoy alone!
