Love this dip.
We made this quantity, but decided to freeze 2/3rds of it. We love it once a week. Freezes well.

We made hearty lunch sandwices. Couple of multigrain bread slices, this dip, sprinkle pumpkin seeds and pine nuts, sliced cucumber, tomato and onions. Salt and pepper. Yum.

Thank you for this recipe. I’m very sensitive to oxalates, spinach & ‘ almonds in particular. Joint pain galore every time I eat a food high in oxalates. This looks like something I could eat. Much appreciated

If you really wanna round it out nutritionally add a sea vegetable powder like Dulse or kelp to compensate for the goitrogenic effects of the kale and mustard to increase iodine intake and add some beneficial micronutrients.

This looks amazing! I wouldn't say its super high in protein though, it's more high in good fats which is even better imo. We actually don't need as much protein as people think. Thank you for these recipes!
