For real, I just spent the last hour, hanging upside down on an inversion table, rolling on a peanut....and you drop this. Thank you for all that you do, and the information you provide. It has been helping me figure out, why I have the pain I do.

Amazing. I literally went to the chiropractor yesterday for these spots in my back. It had tightened up so much it pulled my hips out of alignment. Thank you so much for this exercise (and the other exercises as well) it will help tremendously. ❤

I tell everyone going to college to take Anatomy/Physiology I and II for their science classes. When you learn just how subject we are to causality; cause/effect all the way down to the chemical level, it's mindboggling!😵‍💫

Wow, I’ve never been this early. I love your videos! I’ve been dealing with chronic ongoing back pain since I was 11 years old. Your exercises really do relieve the tightness and tension in my lower back and make it so I can actually move fairly comfortably throughout the day. Thank you so much!! 🙏🏽

I am back side swimmer for the past 8 years and I have been having low back pain for almost 3 years now. I tried everything to fix it including strengthening hamsting and glutes, streching my back and the surrounding areas, hanging from a bar etc. I tried everything on this channel too, read comments to find a cure. No luck.. Finally, the info presented on this video really saved me. I have been working on the " overlooked " muscle for a week now. The superman pose was too weak to activate those muscles for me so I needed a more powerful one than superman pose. I am using tuck reverse leg raise instead. ( doing it on a bench ). Also the strech in the video is quite effective.Pain is almost eliminated, sometimes here and there, I can stand much longer hours at a time, kneel and come back up without any issues. I can feel the muscles strength when doing everyday movements. Hope I will get muuch much better. Thanks Dr. Rowe

I have a lot of scar tissue in this area 4 weeks after a slipped disc and can confirm that it does cause a lot of instablitity in the spine. I'm out of pain but things still very unstable in lower back. I'm doing things as though still in pain and this helps stop the spikes of instablitity when the back is not happy with a certain movement. - Thanks once again!
