Hacking is becoming more and more necessary to address, especially in the last 5 years. Sadly the United States is choosing to spend the vast majority of defense on tanks, boats, and planes while they fall far behind China Russia etc in cyber security. It’s time for the US defense budget represent the challenges of the 21st century rather than those of the last century.
