Σύμφωνα με δημοσίευμα της ειδησεογραφικής ιστοσελίδας Πρώτο Θέμα, το οποίο έχει ως πηγή του το πρακτορείο ειδήσεων Interfax, ο επικεφαλής του ρωσικού οργανισμού εξαγωγών όπλων Rosoboronexport, δήλωσε σήμερα, ότι η Ρωσία και η Τουρκία βρίσκονται κοντά στην υπογραφή μίας νέας συμφωνίας για αγορά από την Άγκυρα, του Ρωσικού αντιπυραυλικού συστήματος S-400,
του οποίου η κατοχή από την Τουρκία είχε προκαλέσει κρίση στις σχέσεις της με τις ΗΠΑ, και έτσι ήταν η αιτία να της επιβληθούν κυρώσεις.
Κυρώσεις που όπως φαίνεται όχι μόνο δεν συνέτισαν την Άγκυρα αλλά αντιθέτως την αποθράσυναν, αφού όπως μπορούμε να δούμε, είναι έτοιμη να πραγματοποιήσει και δεύτερη αγορά του συγκεκριμένου οπλικού συστήματος, αψηφώντας έτσι τις ΗΠΑ και τις παροτρύνσεις της, αλλά και δημιουργώντας ακόμα μεγαλύτερο πρόβλημα στη συμμαχία του ΝΑΤΟ.
