How to migrate assets in UE5.

This don't work, the maps are all jacked up once I try to migrate them into a new project, I tried baking and not they don't migrate, I tried to make a new material and the maps still don't line up as they do in the default project, noteworthy I am using 5.3 but have converted it per UE engine standards
