My Favorite TECH of 2022!

Regardless of how many of our lofty ambitions we did or didn’t fulfill, 2022 was still the best year we’ve had in a while, I think we can all agree on that. It beat the pants of 2020 and 2021 that’s for sure. And I don’t know about you, but I’m a lucky boy because I got to play with lots of awesome tech, and today I’m feeling all sentimental and squishy, and I’m in the mood to reminisce. SO let’s reminisce, about my favourite tech that I got to play with in 2022, shall we?

When I discovered your channel earlier this year I thought to myself, “dang how’ve I not heard of this before?” Only to realise you had only just started. Fantastic fun and quality, glad to have subbed and look forward to you making it big.

Normally I wouldn’t talk about myself, but since you asked, 2022 was a great year for me as well! I moved into a permanent position at my job and am no longer temp; which happens to be in the field I’ve wanted to be in forever(basically landed my dream job) and it has improved my life immensely. You’re right about 2022 being a whole lot nicer than the two years prior which were filled with so much strife and depression. It’s nice to see others are growing and experiencing happiness as well.

You're have one of the few tech channels on Youtube that I'd consider fun. There's plenty of informative channels but they all sort of feel like they're made with brand partnerships in mind, which isn't bad but they aren't creative. I hope you find even more success in 2023!

Thank you for all your wonderful work, I had a great time watching your videos. I found you at the beginning of this year and the first video I saw from you was the one about the T600, which really helped me in my decision of buying it for my low power pc (only 250W lol). 2022 wasn't the best year but we still got some exciting stuff out of it. I watched this while playing Final Fantasy Adventure on my Miyoo Mini, and hanging out with my daughters during this blizzard! I couldn't agree more how great of a device this is, especially for quick play, pocket and even some couch time. Combined with the RP3+, I can't ask for much more when it comes to retro gaming.

Since I followed you your subscribers more than doubled. I wouldn't be surprised if you got close to 50k next year. I said it before on another one of your videos that I'm burned out on tech channels, but you offer something new so even if I watched a tonne of videos about the thing you are covering, I always enjoy your take on the same old stuff. I love your content and humor. Keep up the amazing work! (Also, good subtle Simpsons reference.) And to answer the question: My favourite tech of this year was the Miyoo Mini, a fellow nerd friend of mine recommended it to me and as I was researching it I found your channel. I got the V2 version and after setting up some shaders and the like, I got old stuff like GBA looking better than on the actual hardware. Its a good thing the V2 came with a case, otherwise all the sticky, half eaten candy at the bottom of my backpack would get all over it.
