I’ve had the same Herman Miller Aeron chair for 22 years using it daily. They are expensive, but comfortable and last. One of my best personal office investments and for how long they last, worth it.

Great video. My daughter is a creater and a graphic designer. I listen to her talk about her job and how it is eating up her storage and now her IPhone has to increase storage to the highest. I’m wondering (as a Dad) if this is a problem for all of you, and what could I suggest to her for her storage problem. If you have a video or direction I could direct her to this would be great. Maybe the storage box thing you have here is the solution?🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤓I think your keyboard collection is funny, who would have thought a keyboard as a hobby😝thank you.

Longtime back condition here. Got an Aeron from an office clearance for way under ticket price and I can sit all day with no pain ever since. I wish they weren't so overbearing size wise in a small space but it's worth it.

I didn’t know anything about the chair but the other day I noticed that your whole setup is really beautiful and calming. The green view, the wood table, but definitely also the look of the chair, contribute to that. It’s awesome that it is so physically beneficial as well. Feel so inspired seeing your space!

Hey I'm also 32, as well as a fellow ADHDer! Love the productivity tips, unfortunately I can't use my ipad for my work unless I find a crazy workaround because, as a CS student there are a lot of code IDEs and stuff like visual studio, eclipse, pycharm, etc. that I need for class. So mine is primarily for note taking, reading and utilizing textbooks, and small code projects I can accomplish on the code app. However, I wonder if this will change with the addition of third party app stores 🤔 I wonder if you've heard any news about this, about Europe making apple add third party app stores to iPhones and such. Something to think about.

Not sure if you have them already, but if you don't, do yourself a favor and get the aftermarket rollerblade wheels for your Aeron chair. They're cheap (probably like $25) and they're way more satisfying when you roll your chair.

The Nomad sport band is awesome. I got one this year since I was having issues with the standard sport band moving around on my arm while exercising due to sweat. The rugged band fixed that problem for me.
