Chris you have gift of talking! You would be probably a good salesman I guess. Last year I was watching your videos as it was very interesting, and I did enjoy your content. I even subscribed your substack for 2 months and I thought there may be something interesting, but all I have seen was repeating how you can make money offering developers old houses with potential to build flats etc. It was interesting for few weeks but than nothing that you disappeared from YouTube without any update and you have been very active on substack with not very interesting content. I decided to stop subscribing your substack, and then I did receive every week mail about unsubscribing and how cheap it is to subscribe your content. I haven't seen any value in it, so I unsubscribed and then unsubscribed you on YouTube too because you ghosted for a couple of months, and it seemed your intention was to just sell your substack to people who thought you have some super secret about making money. You had good potential and I enjoyed your content I'm builder and I can tell you are capable and smart guy, but I think you messed up your potential with upselling your SECRET content and ghosting from YouTube and then coming back few months later with another video talking about something else and hiding project that you have been working before and saying that you will finish by end of the year, and you will post daily, but you didn't, and you keep winding people that watching you and playing games. I think you could do much better and people would even spend money on your content if you would be more honest and clear and actually do what you said without bullshiting and upselling a useless newsletter that doesn't give anything to 99% of your subscribers. I'm sure I'm not the only one who have this opinion on you, and it's kinda sad because you have potential but you won't get far with pretending something that isn't real and bulshiting others

Apologies, I am not trying to be difficult but I do not understand the sequencing of videos. Why trying a new project when we still have not seen the end of the last one. What has happened to the tiny house? Is it finished? Have u moved in?

It sounds as if u r desperate for viewings and creating content just for the sake of it. U also do not comment/engage with ur audience, when we r raising concerns which isn’t good. I am loosing interest in this channel.
