Come with me today on our first harvest of perennial crops and forage with me for leaves for tea blends. There can be so many native plants just naturally growing, that can have great benefits. We'll identify those we know today, and harvest them together ♥

I so enjoyed all the sounds of nature during your harvest time.

Creeping Charlie is edible raw or cooked and can be used in teas, it's high in Vitamin C! Thank you for showing us how you harvest & use your herbs (and weeds 🤣) You're my favorite YouTuber!!

Dandelions are a good thing. They're herbs also. We all grew up thinking they're weeds.

So many things to gather for tea on a cool pre-summer morning! Love the sounds in the background, so peaceful.

Oh I so wish I could plant in the ground. I need to garden out of pots and movable containers. It's still a little early here in MN but I don't think any of my herbs or strawberries came back. I had my pots and greenstalk in an unheated shed covered with straw over winter but it must still be too cold here. Last year I propagated so many strawberries I thought I'd get a lot this year, darn. Not even my mints survived this year🤦‍♀️. Your stuff is looking good.

Your videos are such an inspiration to me. Love that your herbs are perennial. I start from scratch each year. Hoping to change that this year.

I think last year I watched this video later and felt like it was too late to harvest some of that stuff. I spent a good minute searching through some of your older videos so I could harvest timely. I’m feeling a bit more hopeful this year 🌱

I think freeze drying the herbs amplifies their flavor. I love it.
