If I well understand the word pronunced "mir" in swiss german, sometimes it means in normal german "mir", sometimes "wir", while in normal german there is no confusion there. But thank you for the excellent lesson.

Being married to a Swiss man (from Luzern) and living in Australia and only have German language courses available I find it hard to learn the Swiss because although its so similar... its so different. Andrea, can you please make more videos like this, I actually learn languages better this way by immersion then learning vocabulary . I am suprised I got it right . Knowing the bit of German that I do helps eventhough I know swiss german is totally different, I guess it's the Zürich dialect that helps me, because it does sound very close to actual German . Either way I love your videos, keep them comming please !
