Love this! Would you ever consider making a playlist based on how long the rebounding workout is? So like all 10 minute workouts would be in one folder, 20 minutes in another, etc? That would make it so easy to find the workout for the day if it was based on the length of the workout. Just a thought 🙂

I’m m fairly new at rebounding, haven’t done it for years. I did your Mamma Mia out, which I loved. 🫶
I thought I’d try this one. So much fun. 🤩 but I definitely had to modify especially the leg lifts. I stayed on the trampoline and did mine but I’m still proud that I finished it. Not bad for being in the much much older age group😂
I also added your 10 min. Core & Cardio workout.
