It's a problem that so many players become hesitant and passive when they face pressure, unable to handle a pestering defense. Dive in with PGC Director Marke Freeman as she teaches you how to no longer be bothered by a pesky defender with these three steps to handle full court pressure.

Here are 5 ways we’re helping 150,000+ people learn how to “Think the Game” so they can gain an unfair advantage over their competition and how we can help you do the same:

1. Join the PGC Coaching Club - Over 15,000 high school, college, NBA and WNBA coaches have become the coach they want to be by training with our expert coaches and mentors. If you’re a coach and you're new to PGC, start here…

2. Become the Smartest Player on the Floor - Stop playing like everyone else on the court… Get 3 free videos that will help you immediately start scoring more easy buckets, make better decisions in the paint, and play bigger than your size.

3. Join us at a PGC Camp - Join the over 11,000 dedicated players who attend PGC each year to discover the uncommon skills, leadership traits, and mindset needed to stand out and get noticed by coaches.

4. (NEW) 14 Day On-Demand Online Shooting Course - “The most in-depth shooting course on the planet”. In as little as two weeks, become the “lights out” shooter you’ve always dreamed of becoming – GUARANTEED.

5. PGC+ Membership - Online training for the dedicated player who eats, breathes and sleeps basketball 24/7. PGC+ has everything you need to grow your game, all in one place… and for a fraction of the cost of paying a trainer.

PGC Basketball Camps:

PGC is where serious players train in the off-season. We teach players to think the game at a college and pro level and become leaders both on and off the court.

Thousands of players from middle school to college attend a PGC camp each year. Our camps are specialized for players at every level of the game, so no matter what level you play at right now, PGC will help you reach the next level.

We teach the game, not a group of skills specific to one position. Any player will benefit from a PGC camp — regardless of their position or skill level — as long as they are truly eager to learn the game.

More than 95,000 serious basketball players have trained with PGC in the off-season, and it’s where top NBA and college coaches send their own kids to learn to think the game.

I like this. I tell my PG's, and everyone for that matter...change of pace, change of direction is the key to ball handling

At my school whenever we play against those that arent on the team it's absolutely crap. On D, everyone just camps on the midline, its like a game of red rover. And they never learn, so being a pg i get bored of just throwing dimes, you know? Its hard to practice my handles and shooting when you get 2 or 3 people squeeze you the second you touch the ball, and even the bigs get bored of scoring over and over and over. Don't get me wrong, I'm a pretty good escape artist, and I can get nice spins, but they aren't exactly clean either, the amount of times ive had fingers in my eyes, or am blatantly pushed over cause I spin between two people is unreal, and makes it really unfun to play
