Get the Perfect 'On Plane' swing - Feet Together Drill

This is our first time back at the range for a few weeks, with Cassie busy at school and having had 2 typhoons as well (one just passed by, which is why the range lights are not working).
We are working on 2 things, not early extending and jumping up onto your toes at impact, and the second is trying to get a great 'on plane' swing.
So the drill is a classic, the feet together drill, where we have most of the swing related to hips and chest turning the upper body with the arms and not getting active in the lower body and legs which will cause you to lose balance.
It is a great way to get the body working in synch and getting a great on plane swing .
