And it's not business or first class! Sure, they have big comfy seats that unfold into a full-on bed, bigger TV screens, privacy walls. But, no, go past them. We’re talking cheap seats in economy where the service is even better than in the front sections of the plane!

Well, plenty of travelers swear that the seats near the emergency exits are the most convenient. No surprises here: aviation rules require these rows to have more space, so you can sit with your legs stretched out! But these cozy spots are limited to a few lucky ones. Or the bravest! Because this row is only for those physically capable of helping the crew get everybody out the exit. So where's the best place to sit on a flight?

I prefer the aisle seats toward the front of the front of the plane. I like being able to get up to get to the lavatory or just stretch my legs without having to inconvenience everyone.

Whenever I've sat in the back or near the back it wasn't by choice and it was terrible. And it was also really noisy because so many people had to use the rear bathroom.

I heard to book the middle seat because people are less likely to pick a row that has someone sitting in the middle, especially families and couples, they usually want to sit together
