Kelvin Chin is an author and Life After Life Expert. His first book “Overcoming the Fear of Death: Through Each of the 4 Main Belief Systems” is a nonreligious approach to overcoming the fear of death. His second book, “Marcus Aurelius Updated: 21st Century Meditations On Living Life” is a collection of 67 essays ranging from Emotions, Life Principles, Meditation, and the Spiritual. And his third book, which will be out soon in 2023, will describe in detail how his past life memories that reach back 6,000 years have resurfaced over the past 45 years, and what they have taught him about himself and how our minds continue from lifetime to lifetime.

Kelvin is Executive Director & Founder of the “Turning Within” Meditation and Overcoming the Fear of Death Foundations, and is an internationally-recognized meditation teacher featured in Business Insider, Newsweek, Kaiser Health News, and has taught meditation at West Point and in the U.S. Army, including on the DMZ in Korea. Kelvin has been meditating for over 50 years, and has taught meditation for 49 years to thousands of people in over 60 countries. He is a graduate of Dartmouth, Yale and Boston College Law, and has lived in 7 countries.

Great interview. Bashar makes a lot of sense that past lives are actually simultaneous lives - as the only time is now. When you think about it that way, it's like Kelvin can connect to those in the now rather than "remembering" "previous" lives. Also In that way, "future" lives are accessible. Each life has its own personality, like we're facets on a diamond and the whole diamond is our higher self. Only considering it in a linear "past" way can otherwise be limiting.

We are energetic beings going from one physical body to another. Energy is the foundation of creation and other dimensions. You may not see the Soul in the physical low vibrational dimension. But that does not prove the Soul is not there. This physical construct is designed for practical challenging experiences that teach you lessons in a social environment. There are other realities we live in as we continue that teach different lessons for our spiritual growth. We are also here to help each other grow spiritually at the same time. This is my opinion. I actually experienced something like this when I was about 16. I was trying to swim across a lake (dumbass kid) and tired badly and started to drown. I felt like I was not in my body, but then I came back, and then found myself standing near the shore, I crawled out and laid there awhile, wondering why I wasn't dead. I think now it was angelic help. Kevin's experience sounded very similar! I had never called it a NDE but in retrospect, it was pretty close.

Brilliant advice! Practicing QHHT my clients are only shown past life experiences that hold advice, themes or trauma to be cleared in this present one. Our present lifetime is the one we should concentrate on we are not who we used to be.
As I watch wild animals while painting them it seems they too are souls having different experiences in different bodies but sometimes similar family issues to us. It’s amazing to watch. We need to ensure we don’t abuse them as their vibration has as much impact on the planet as ours.❤

Kelvin's analogy of consciousness as a negative entropic force is exactly what professor Gerry Nahum M.D. told author Mary Roach for her book Spook: Science Tackles The Afterlife. Specifically, he calls the soul "the (obligatory) negative entropy (i.e. energy/weight equivalent) that is necessary to allow for the nonequilibrium meta-stable physical 'quasi-steady-state' of a living/conscious biological system." Quite a mouthful!
